Function Facilities
Here at Chester Court Hotel we pride ourselves on our private function facilities. We provide a welcoming home-from-home atmosphere for all occasions. We aim to provide the highest level of care and attention to all our guests, offering you flexibility to suit your personal requirements. Our staff will be happy to take care of all the arrangements, leaving you free to socialise with your guests.
We specialise in small intimate occasions, and therefore keep our maximum capacity below 60.
Function guests have the use of the large conservatory dining room which accommodates 30 seated guests, and also the bar and lounge areas where seating is more informal. The conservatory opens up onto our courtyard gardens, where guests can take advantage of the warmer summer months.
We currently offer several cold buffet menus which can be adapted to all tastes and dietary requirements. We actively encourage you to change the menu as you feel relevant to your particular occasion.
We will be pleased to assist with your choice of seating arrangements, floral decorations, and indeed any other special requirements you may have.
Special function rates are available for guests if they wish to stay over in one of our twenty en-suite rooms.
The hotel is conveniently located and offers ample complimentary parking for guest vehicles.
