About the Chester Court Hotel

The hotel has just 20 bedrooms which allows us to concentrate on getting things right for our customers. Some of our rooms are situated in a courtyard separate to the main building. These rooms are all on ground level and enable our guests to bring their cars close to the front door, allowing easy access for disabled or the elderly. Although we do not have designated disabled rooms, many of our bathrooms are fitted with extra handles, and the rooms can accommodate wheelchair access easily.

All our rooms are fully en-suite, with complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, remote control TV’s, radio alarms and telephones. We pride ourselves on offering you the personal attentive service of a small guest house but with the facilities more associated with a much larger hotel.

Our accommodation has been carefully chosen to meet the needs of all those seeking accommodation in Chester. We have a range of low priced standard rooms, some superior doubles, and some more flexible rooms accommodating up to four persons.

One great asset of Chester Court is it's very large lit car park which is completely free of charge to all residents.

Our traditional lounge is a quiet little oasis where one can get away from the hustle a bustle of our busy city, and enjoy a comfortable smoke free environment. Your morning wake-up - Chester Court style!

The morning is a great time to catch Chester Court at it's best. We are proud of our breakfast selection and have the comments in our visitors book to prove it! We offer a cold buffet selection of at least six cereals, along with a fruit selection, yoghurts and of course fruit juices and hot drinks. Once you have helped yourself, we will come and take your order for a hot breakfast. Here once again you are spoilt for choice, and can have the full works or any combination of eggs, sausage, bacon, tomato, fried bread, mushrooms or kippers you can think of! Polish that off and we will supply you with as much toast as you can eat! You wont go away hungry and that’s a promise! We actively seek to use fresh local produce where possible, and currently use Cheshire bacon, sausage and eggs.

An ideal location of business or leisure

You will find our location hard to beat, its why so many of Chester’s residents live in our little thriving suburb Hoole. We have some great local restaurants including the Shanghi Cantonese, The Village Bistro, and the Olive Tree, as well as local convenience stores and take-aways. We provide easy access to Chester Zoo, the Cheshire Oaks outlet village, the Blue Planet Aquarium, Liverpool and North Wales, as well as being only fifteen minutes walk from Chester city centre. Tired of walking? You can catch the local number 53 bus every fifteen minutes, or we can call you a taxi.

Another area we pride ourselves on is our private function facilities. We can cater for buffets of up to 60 people for any occasion, including christenings, anniversaries, and funeral receptions. Buffets at Chester Court are intimate and private occasions and because of this we are very popular for funeral lunches. We are well located for Blacon crematorium, and regularly work with Dutton and Hallmark, and Clarke’s funeral directors as well as many other well known Chester based businesses.

We currently offer a cold buffet menu which can be adapted to all tastes and dietary requirements. We actively encourage you to change the menu as you feel relevant to your particular occasion.
